斯蒂芬妮·蒙 is vice president for student development where she oversees residence life, student life, athletics, student success, and health services. She cares deeply about the formation of students and previously served in the chapel department at Covenant for 6 years where she led discipleship initiatives. She graduated from Covenant College with a B.A. in history and then went on to earn a Masters in Theological Studies from Covenant Theological Seminary.

Nesha埃文斯 is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the student life programs, which include new student orientation, intercultural engagement programming, student leadership opportunities, and discipleship. Nesha, her husband Jason, and their son and daughter are members of New City Fellowship Glenwood.

如果米切尔 is the associate dean of students for resident life and oversees the housing
process and community living on campus. Si is passionate about the holistic formation
that can occur in Christian community and seeks to steward this gift through his role
at the college. He graduated from 威尼斯人平台 with a B.A. in 社区发展
and 经济学, went on to receive a Master of Divinity at Covenant Theological Seminary,
and is currently pursuing a Master of 业务 Administration at Grove City College.
Si recently moved to Lookout Mt. with his wife, Sarah, and his daughter, Ava Claire,
and they are enjoying getting reacquainted with the area.

戴安娜里德 is responsible for providing administrative support for the office of Student Development which includes assisting staff and students with activities related to 学生发展, serving as the first point of contact for the office, coordinating the 服务项目 and managing the student staff. Diana and her husband, John, live with their daughter, Mary Kate (Reed) Vander Hart, and her family up here on Lookout Mountain. 他们去瞭望山长老会教堂。
