你是怎么听说威尼斯人平台的？为什么选择威尼斯人平台？
我选择圣约学校是因为它和我参观过的其他学校都不一样。 The professors, current students, and tennis coaches were intentional, personable, and inviting. I knew that I would not only be receiving an excellent education, but I would be surrounded by a community pushing me to be more like Christ.
你最喜欢圣约的哪一方面？
My favorite part of Covenant is the commitment to the students and how they develop as whole people during their time at Covenant. Faculty, staff, and students are all encouraging and helping each other to learn and grow everyday. Covenant's motto, "In All Things Christ Preeminent" is not just a motto, it is a practice reflected in the day to day of life at Covenant.
教授和/或学者对你影响最大的是什么？
I have been most impacted by the way the professors teach with passion and care for their students. Every class I have taken has been taught by a professor who loves what they do, what they study, and their students. Not only do we learn specific subject matter; 我们也被教导如何思考困难的话题。 The academics are challenging in the best way, and I am better for it.

I most enjoy how the professors love the subjects they teach and recognize that we can use economics as a means of promoting the Kingdom and glory of God. 经济学 classes are interesting, challenging, and fun. Dr. Rush and Dr. Wescher have changed the way I think about economics and my role as a Christian going to work in the world.
What do you hope to pursue after Covenant and how do you see Covenant supporting your future career or calling?
I am not sure what post-grad life looks like for me yet, but I am confident that Covenant has prepared me for wherever I end up. Recently, I have been challenged to think about how I can work hard to pursue excellence, but if that excellent work is not done out of love for God or others then it is not excellent work. I hope to take Covenant's motto, "In All Things Christ Preeminent" into my workplace, wherever that may be.
How is Covenant equipping you for active membership in the church or discipleship within the body of Christ?
Covenant has equipped me for active membership in the church by encouraging me to get involved and find community at a local church, while I am in school. The Christ-centered, close-knit community I have experienced at Covenant has made me aware of my need for that kind of community when I graduate, which is found in the church.

《圣约》在努力培育属灵培育方面是有意为之的。 On the halls (residence life), there are Discipleship Assistants leading bible studies and weekly prayer and praise which allows time to grow closer to the people on your hall while seeking Christ together. The core curriculum offers classes to grow in knowledge of the Bible and theology, which has helped me know and love the Word more.
圣约社区是如何支持你成长为一个完整的人的？
Reflecting on the past four years at Covenant, I know I have grown immensely in every area of my life. Academically, I have been challenged to learn and think about difficult subjects while considering what the Bible has to say about the world we study. There have been many days when I go to class simply to learn the subject for the test, but I end up walking away wanting to love God and others more. I have learned how to be a friend because of how my friends have been a friend to me. They have encouraged me and loved me well on hard days, and laughed and lived in the mundane with me. I have had plenty of highs and lows during my time at Covenant, but when I look back I realize that each day was another opportunity to experience community that has shaped me for the rest of my life.
How have your relationships at Covenant shaped your expectations for the other communities God will call you to in life?
我在威尼斯人平台的关系对我来说很特别。 I won't lie, it took time, prayer, and several awkward lunch dates to develop deep friendships. I have learned that God will provide community and friends when you ask, he will provide exactly what you need. I know that in this next season I will be called into new communities, but because of his faithfulness and provision to me at Covenant, I am confident he will continue to give me the people and friends that I need.
你在圣威尼斯人平台最美好的记忆是什么？
很难选出一个最喜欢的，但我喜欢祈祷日。 From the sunrise service at Rock City to breakfast with your hall to the prayer hours in the chapel, the whole day is filled with fun, rest, and reflection. Day of Prayer always comes at the exact right time in the semester, and I am always reminded how thankful I am to go to a school that prioritizes time for rest and prayer.
