During this process, “原告” refers to an individual who is alleged to be the victim of conduct that could constitute sexual harassment, or the individual who is identified as the subject of Prohibited Conduct. “被” refers to an individual who has been reported to be the perpetrator of conduct that could constitute sexual harassment, or the individual alleged to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct.

After a report is made, a member of the Title IX Team will reach out to the Complainant to set up meetings to begin the process. Supportive Measures will be put into place between the Complainant and Respondent.
