ScotsWork supervisors consist of Covenant faculty and staff who are interested in hiring student workers to help with jobs and departmental duties or to staff student tutoring centers. We expect our ScotsWork supervisors to be more than just bosses who care about the work getting done. ScotsWork supervisors also function as primary mentors and teachers who are committed to helping our work-study students take the next steps in their journey of personal and professional development at Covenant.
