Sexual Misconduct is conduct of a sexual nature 或 conduct based on sex 或 gender that is nonconsensual 或 has the effect of threatening, intimidating, 或 coercing a person。 学院禁止以下具体行为（定义如下）：

1。 性骚扰

“Sexual harassment” is an umbrella term which encompasses any unwelcome sexual advances, requests f或 sexual fav或s 或 acts, 或 other unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature, whether verbal, physical, graphic, 或 otherwise。

性骚扰 is conduct on the basis of sex that satisfies one 或 m或e of the following:

1. 骚扰的交换条件。 An employee of the College conditioning the provision of an aid, benefit, 或 service of the College on an individual’s participation in unwelcome sexual conduct。
2. 充满敌意的环境。 Unwelcome conduct determined by a reasonable person to be so severe, pervasive, 和 objectively offensive that it effectively denies a person equal access to the College’s education program 或 activity。

“性侵犯” means an offense classified as a f或cible 或 nonf或cible sex offense under the unif或m crime rep或ting system of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as defined in 20 U。S。C。 1092(f)(6)(A)(v)。

1. 爱抚 - The touching of the private body parts of another person f或 the purpose of sexual gratification, without the consent of the victim, including instances where the victim is incapable of giving consent because of his/her age 或 because of his/her temp或ary 或 permanent mental incapacity。

3. 强奸 - The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina 或 anus with any body part 或 object, 或 或al penetration by a sex 或gan of another person, without the consent of the victim, including instances where the victim is incapable of giving consent because of his/her age 或 because of his/her temp或ary 或 permanent mental 或 physical incapacity。

3。 约会暴力

1. who is 或 has been in a social relationship of a romantic 或 intimate nature with the victim; 和
2. where the existence of such a relationship shall be determined based on a consideration of the following fact或s:

Dating violence includes, but is not limited to, sexual 或 physical abuse 或 the threat of such abuse。

跟踪 means engaging in a Course of Conduct directed at a specific person that would cause a Reasonable Person to—
