Every spring break, members of the Covenant community participate in Break on Impact, spreading across the globe to serve and learn about cross‐cultural ministries. Covenant staff and students will be retruning to Clarkston,格鲁吉亚 and the 雅卡马印第安人保留区 this year.

Clarkston,格鲁吉亚

自20世纪90年代以来，佐治亚州的克拉克斯顿一直是难民的避难所。 These refugees, however, often struggle to make their way in a new country with little or no connections. Partnering with 难民之友, this team of Covenant students hopes to better understand the challenges refugees face during the resettlement process and to learn how the church can be the hands and feet of Christ in welcoming strangers to our country. The trip will involve worship with a church plant in the refugee community, learning about and from refugees and immigrants, and serving with the Clarkston community.

雅卡马印第安人保留区

This team will work with 圣路事工 on the 雅卡马印第安人保留区 in Eastern Washington. They desire to lovingly respond to the physical, emotional, and social needs of the Yakama in order to address their deeper spiritual need. This team will be assisting Sacred Road by reaching out to the children of the Reservation by leading afternoon Bible clubs and participating in a variety of work projects.
