Mission: We serve the college by promoting the distinctive Covenant mission, strengthening brand awareness, and building reputation through impactful storytelling and innovative marketing strategies to key audiences across multiple platforms.

Our team of creatives collaborates with the campus community and external constituents to:

• 品牌战略: Ensure consistency in the college’s brand and identity standards, both internally and externally
• 内容开发: Design and order printed materials (flyers, brochures, print ads, stationary, business cards, displays, signage, etc). 以及其他促销产品。
• 创意服务: Design,photography, and video for various projects ranging from print to digital and specialty items
• 数字和传统营销： Targeted campaigns to engage prospective students, alumni, donors, and more, and maintaining the college website and social media platforms

请注意: The standard turnaround time for most copy and design projects involves around 2-3 weeks of internal work, depending on the project size, and 7-10 business days for off-campus printing. Once a request is submitted, we will follow up with any questions we may have. 我们期待与您的合作！

• For print pieces and/or mailers, please provide quantity and mailing lists as soon as possible so we can request a quote.

• Provide everything that is needed for your piece, including, if necessary, text that has been reviewed for accuracy. Our copywriter/editor will edit the content to fit Covenant’s style and messaging guidelines. If you need assistance with writing, you can submit a request and specify that you need copywriting assistance.
• 项目证明和反馈：所有证明必须在项目最终确定之前获得批准。 请与您的整个团队审查，并提交综合反馈。 A final proof will be provided for your sign-off before production.
• Provide a purchasing order or FOPAL payment information if we are handling production and fulfillment (mailing) of your project
