部门目标
The Department of 经济学 and 社区发展 examines humanity’s stewardship of the resources of God’s creation. 该部门认为，人类培育和发展创造的方式源于他们的基本世界观承诺。 However, human stewardship is not autonomous but takes place within God’s sovereign plan as expressed through His unfolding story of creation, fall, redemption, and consummation. 这一框架决定了该部分析和批评个人、社区和国家履行其管理职责的方式。

Teacher Certification
经济学 Pre-MAT
对6-12年级经济学教学感兴趣的学生应该先获得经济学专业的学士学位，然后在威尼斯人平台攻读为期一年的教学文学硕士学位。 It is 推荐 that the 教育未成年人 be completed. Three of the courses in the minor, 教学导论 , 教育心理学 and 特殊儿童教育 , are 要求 for admission to the MAT. For information about certification, see Teacher Certification under the 教育 section of the catalog.
